Scenic Sedona Home + Studio w/ Pool & Hot Tub

Great location and beautiful house with dynamic layout- everyone had enough space and a gorgeous view. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, spices, oils, and cookware. Communication with host was phenomenal, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was very easy to feel at home throughout. I have to highlight the local wildlife as well- gorgeous scrub jays hang out all over the property in the mornings, and on our last evening, an entire 2-dozen squad of javelinas passed through underneath us while we on the deck! The only noticeable drawback was a few overlooked steps by the cleaning crew. An unemptied trash can, a cigarette butt in the driveway, and several dusty inflatables scattered near the pool- it was unclear where they were supposed to be stored. Overall, I would absolutely rebook and recommend, we will be talking about our stay for a long time.

We had an excellent stay at this vacation rental and would absolutely return. The property was spotless upon arrival—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were both in great condition and made for a perfect way to relax after a long day. It really elevated the whole experience and made the stay feel like a true getaway.The host was also fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from booking through checkout. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed rental with great amenities.

Excellent setup for 4 couples enjoying Sedona! The house has everything you need to prepare meals at home and cook on the grill. The pool and outdoor space were wonderful with great views. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and even surprised us with some yummy cookies mid-stay. There is no need to look any further. Book this now!
